If a request for disclosure of personal information and record of provision to third parties is made by the principal or its proxy, IJTT shall respond without delay, except in the case of the following:

  • - If there is a risk of significant hindrance to the proper performance of our business
  • - If it violates laws and regulations

If the principal or its proxy asks IJTT to correct, add, or delete personal information, suspend use of or delete information, or suspend provision to a third party, IJTT responds without delay in accordance with laws and regulations.
