- IJTT Co., Ltd. merges with ARTS-1 Co., Ltd. as the surviving company. On the same day, the company name is changed to IJTT Co., Ltd.
- ※ARTS-1 Co., Ltd. was established as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Japan Japan Monozukuri Mirai Fund. The sponsors of fund are Sparx Group, Toyota Motor Corporation, Mizuho Bank, Ltd., and others. It is a corporate collaboration project that invests in manufacturing companies with excellent technology, human resources, and services in Japan to maintain and develop Japan's technological capabilities.
