IJT Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. is established as a joint holding company through a share transfer by I Metal Technology Co., Ltd., Jidosha Buhin Kogyo Co., Ltd., and TDF Corporation. IJT Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. is listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

Isuzu Techno-Sand Co., Ltd. is absorbed by I Metal Technology Co., Ltd. through a merger.

2016

December
Sanei Seisakusho Co., Ltd. is absorbed by I Metal Technology Co., Ltd. through a merger.

2018

March
A basic agreement on a merger is signed with I Metal Technology Co., Ltd., Jidosha Buhin Kogyo Co., Ltd., and TDF Corporation.
August
Tohoku Sanwa Metal Co., Ltd. is absorbed by I Metal Technology Co., Ltd. through a merger.

2019

April
IJT Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. absorbs I Metal Technology Co., Ltd., Jidosha Buhin Kogyo Co., Ltd. and TDF Corporation through a merger. The company name is changed to IJTT Co., Ltd.
June
The head office is relocated to Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa.

April
IJTT Co., Ltd. is listed on the Standard Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

2024

March
IJTT Co., Ltd. is delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
April
Through a tender offer, IJTT Co., Ltd. becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of ARTS-1 Co., Ltd. (established on April 10, 2023).
October
IJTT Co., Ltd. merges with ARTS-1 Co., Ltd. as the surviving company. On the same day, the company name is changed to IJTT Co., Ltd.
※ARTS-1 Co., Ltd. was established as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Japan Japan Monozukuri Mirai Fund. The sponsors of fund are Sparx Group, Toyota Motor Corporation, Mizuho Bank, Ltd., and others. It is a corporate collaboration project that invests in manufacturing companies with excellent technology, human resources, and services in Japan to maintain and develop Japan's technological capabilities.
