1937

August
At the request of former Tokyo Automobile Industries Co., Ltd. (now Isuzu Motors Ltd.), Automobile Foundry Co., Ltd. is established as a manufacturer of cast parts for automobiles.

1938

February
Tsurumi Factory is completed in Tsurumi-ku, Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa.

1957

August
Sanwa Foundry Co., Ltd. is established in Kawaguchi-shi, Saitama.

1959

November
Sanei Seisakusho Co., Ltd. is established in Tsurumi-ku, Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa.

1961

October
Company is listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

1969

October
Taiyo Steel Co., Ltd. is established in Kitaibaraki-shi, Ibaraki.

1970

November
Tsuchiura Factory is completed in Tsuchiura-shi, Ibaraki.

1985

April
Sanwa Foundry Co., Ltd. absorbs Isuzu Seiki Co., Ltd. through a merger. The company name is changed to Sanwa Metal Co., Ltd.

Tohoku Sanwa Metal Co., Ltd. is established in Maesawa-cho(now Maesawa-kojo, Oshu-shi), Isawa-gun , Iwate

1986

December
A stake is acquired in Taiyo Steel Co., Ltd. The company name is changed to Shin-Taiyo Kogyo Co., Ltd.

1988

December
Sanwa Metal Co., Ltd. is absorbed through a merger.

1992

November
Kitaibaraki Factory is completed in Kitaibaraki-shi, Ibaraki.

1995

December
JIK MATERIAL CORPORATION is established in Kitakami-shi, Iwate.

1996

April
Isuzu Techno Sand Co., Ltd. is established in Kitakami-shi, Iwate through joint investment by Isuzu Castec Co., Ltd.(wholly-owned subsidiary of Isuzu Motors Ltd.) and JIK MATERIAL CORPORATION.

1998

November
The head office is relocated to Tsuchiura-shi, Ibaraki.

2001

April
Shin-Taiyo Kogyo Co., Ltd. is absorbed through a merger.

2007

April
Isuzu Castec Co. Ltd. and JIK MATERIAL CORPORATION are absorbed through a merger. The company name is changed to I Metal Technology Co., Ltd.

2013

March
A basic agreement on business integration is signed with TDF Corporation and Jidosha Buhin Kogyo Co., Ltd.
May
A business integration agreement is signed with TDF Corporation and Jidosha Buhin Kogyo Co., Ltd., and a share transfer plan is jointly prepared.
October
IJT Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. is established as a joint holding company through a share transfer by I Metal Technology Co., Ltd., Jidosha Buhin Kogyo Co., Ltd., and TDF Corporation. IJT Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. is listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

2015

June
Isuzu Techno Sand Co., Ltd. is absorbed through a merger.

2016

December
Sanei Seisakusho Co., Ltd. is absorbed through a merger.

2018

August
Tohoku Sanwa Metal Co., Ltd. is absorbed through a merger.
