Jidōsha Neji Kōgyō Co., Ltd. is absorbed through a merger.

The company name is changed to Jidosha Buhin Kogyo Co., Ltd.

J.B.K. Service Co., Ltd. (now IJTT Service Co., Ltd.). is established.

1984

Head Office and Tsurumi Factory are relocated and consolidated into Ebina Factory.

Jibuhin (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is established as a joint venture in Thailand.

PT. Jibuhin Bakrie Indonesia(curvently, PT.Jidosha Buhin Indonesia) is established as a joint venture in Indonesia.

PT. TJForge Indonesia is established as a joint venture in Indonesia.
A basic agreement on business integration is signed with I Metal Technology Co., Ltd. and TDF Corporation.

A business integration agreement is signed with I Metal Technology Co., Ltd. and TDF Corporation, and a share transfer plan is jointly prepared.
