We pioneer new fields for forged products and pursue further technological development!

We manufacture forging products and machined forging products of various large and small sizes, which are designed for commercial vehicles, passenger cars, and construction and industrial machinery. “I-beam front axles,” which are large hot forging parts weighing 40 to 100 kg for commercial vehicles, are one of our flagship products.

In 2015, we introduced a state-of-the-art automatic press (12,800-ton screw press) and started to manufacture I-beam front axles, which used to be produced by hammer machines, to deliver our products with more stable quality to the customers.

Production

We gain the “Trust” from customers by providing the “Best Quality”.

We have a market share of 70% in Japan for I-beam font axles (for trucks).
“I-beam front axles” are extremely important for the suspension system of trucks and designated as one of the safety-critical parts, thus, the highest quality and reliability are essential for these products.

Production Facilities

We meet and anticipate customers’ various needs.

We constantly reinforce our facilities lineup. Also, we are continuously improving the production system to supply the best quality products matched to market needs by shifting the production facilities to “forged press” from “hammering.”

We have various forging lines such as a hot forged press line, hammering line and upsetting line, therefore, we can meet customers’ various needs.

Automated production line for front axles (12,800-ton screw press)

Automated production line for differential components (4,000-ton crank press)

Manual production line for front axles (35-ton hammer)

Mold manufacturing

Mold manufacturing for the forging product

Forming (Punching)

We select the most suitable line (hammering, forged press, upsetting, and so on) depending on product type and size.

Heat treatment

The mechanical strength of the product is enhanced through the heat-treatment (heating and cooling).

Shotblasting

The oxidized scale on the surface of the product is removed by hitting it with a large amount of minimal iron balls at high speed.

Bend correcting

“Bend” of the product occurred in the forming or heat-treatment process is corrected.

Materials acceptance

Cutting and heating

Steel material is cut in accordance with the shape and size of the product and the steel ingot is heated.

Magnetic particle inspection

Cracks or scratches invisible to the naked eye are detected by the magnetic particle inspection machine.
